Shipping: UPS Ground and FedEx Air. For other carriers, $35.00 fee applied.
New Accounts: Prepay. Please include full credit card number, expiration date, security code, billing address for the card and name on card. We accept Visa, MasterCard & American Express.
General Terms: Net 30 days after credit approval.
Changes To Orders: Changes to existing orders must be made in writing.
Cancellations: All orders are considered firm and cannot be canceled unless written authorization is received and approved by Leeman Designs. There is a $25.00 cancellation charge for all approved canceled orders plus all costs incurred to date.
Returned Merchandise: Decorated Orders: Claims must submitted within 45 days and approved by factory for defective merchandise only. Must be in resalable condition. Return freight must be prepaid.
