Karen Callan was born and raised in Los Angeles.  She has gone from model to actress, manager of the first retail store on Rodeo Drive to manufacturer and designer for Playboy enterprises. Karen also designed hair accessories that made the cover of  New West Magazine.  She designed fabulous costume jewelry that looked real (TV’s “Dynasty” and “Scruples”).  Karen was one of the first designers to introduce cubic zirconium to the fashion market.  She designed and manufactured belts with interchangeable buckles, created a collection of gifts and home accessories, and is now incorporating her knowledge of leather, metal, and design into one dynamic collection of small leather goods.  Featured on Oprah’s “O” List, Karen Callan Designs has been creating lots of excitement in boutiques as well as in major department stores such as Neiman Marcus and Lord & Taylor.

Karen Callan Designs is an exquisite array of gifts, home and desk accessories, in a dynamic collection of the finest Italian leather, boasting unique ornaments and other novelty designs.
